We stand behind our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on eligible items purchased directly from SpaceiceJewelry.com.

Our goal is to ensure every piece meets our standards for quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.


2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects on eligible jewelry made from stainless steel, copper, gold-plated materials, and 925 sterling silver, including jewelry set with cubic zirconia and moissanite stones.

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty clasps, closures, or connections

  • Structural defects caused during production

  • Stone setting defects resulting from manufacturing faults

  • Defects in workmanship identified during normal personal use


3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage

  • Tarnishing or discoloration caused by improper care

  • Normal fading or wear of gold plating over time

  • Accidental damage

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage caused by impact or dropping

  • Damage resulting from swimming, hot tubs, prolonged water exposure, or chemical exposure

  • Damage caused by improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect


4. LIFETIME WARRANTY DEFINITION

For the purposes of this policy, "Lifetime" refers to the reasonable lifespan of the product under normal personal use by the original purchaser.


5. HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue.

6. WARRANTY RESOLUTION

If your warranty claim is approved, Spaceice Jewelry does not cover shipping costs:

  • Provide a comparable replacement product

  • Issue store credit

The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the defect.

If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a replacement of equal or similar value.


7. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including return shipping to our facility.

If a warranty claim is approved, Spaceice Jewelry covers all shipping costs; however, the seller is responsible for shipping costs associated with product exchanges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


8. ELIGIBILITY & NON-TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SpaceiceJewelry.com.

Items purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, resellers, or unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


9. RIGHT TO INSPECT

Spaceice Jewelry reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims before approving any repair, replacement, or store credit.

We reserve the right to determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.

Claims determined to result from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or any excluded condition may be denied.
